Wild West Dip by Divya Gugnani
Makes 4 servings
INGREDIENTS:
15 1/2 oz. (can) pinto or black beans, drained and rinsed
11 oz. (can) corn kernels, drained
2 medium tomatoes, seeded and diced
3 green onions, minced
1 large avocado , diced
1 cups chopped fresh cilantro
1/3 cup of raisins
1/2 cups of ready made salsa
1/2 cup of low fat sour cream
3/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
PREPARATION:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Gently toss to combine.
3. Chill for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
4. Serve as a dip with chips
