Vegetable Jalfrezi by Vicky Vij
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 lbs beans
1/4 lbs cabbage
2 bell peppers
3 carrots
4 tbs corn oil
1 tbs coriander leaves chopped
1 tbs cumin seeds
2 tbs ginger chopped
1 onion chopped
pepper powder
1/2 tbs potato sliced
1/2 tbs red chillies
salt to taste
1/2 cup tomato puree
PREPARATION:
1. Wash and chop all vegetables
2. Heat oil in a pan
3. Add cumin and all the vegetables
4. season with salt, pepper, and ginger; stir well
5. cover and cook on slow fire till tender
6. add tomato puree cook till don
