Tzatziki Sauce by Divya Gugnani

Makes 4 servings
INGREDIENTS:
1 pint plain Greek yogurt
1 medium cucumber, seeded and roughly chopped
1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tbsp. freshly chopped dill
1 tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
PREPARATION:
1. Combine the Greek yogurt, cucumber, vinegar, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, dill and garlic and pulse until well-combined.
2. Transfer to a separate dish, then cover and refrigerate for at least one hour for best flavor.
