Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. TY KU Sake
3/4 oz. or 2 bar spoons superfine sugar
4 lemon wedges
8-10 loose mint leaves
PREPARATION:
1. Pour 2 oz TY KU sake
2. Add 3/4oz superfine sugar
3. Add 4 lemon wedges
4. Add 8-10 loose mint leaves
5. Add ice
6. Shake vigorously
7. Serve in a stemless square tumbler
