Behind the Burner: TY KU Rangoon by Pablo Moix

Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS:

1 oz. TY KU Liqueur
1 oz. TY KU Sake
3/4 oz. simple syrup
1 orange slice
1 lemon slice
1 lime slice
1 cucumber slice
4-7 loose mint leaves
2 oz. gingerale

PREPARATION:

1. Pour 1 oz. TY KU Liqueur
2. Pour 1 oz. TY KU Sake
3. Add 3/4 oz. simple syrup
4. Add 1 orange Wedge
5. Add 1 lemon Wedge
6. Add 1 lime Wedge
7. Toss in 1 slice of cucumber
8. Add 4-7 loose mint leaves
9. Finish with 2 oz. gingerale
10. Add ice
11. Shake vigorously
12. Serve in a snifter, garnish with fresh mint
