Behind the Burner: Turkish Style Meatballs by Chef Jason Avery

INGREDIENTS:

1 lb. ground chuck beef
1/4 cup roasted garlic oil
1 cup white bread crumbs
3 whole eggs
1/4 cup chopped parsley
Turkish paprika to taste
Salt and pepper to taste



PREPARATION:

1. Mix above ingredients and form into small patties.

2. Grill until cooked through, about 5-10 minutes.

3. Plate with dollop of Jajek (Middle Eastern cucumber yogurt sauce) and set meatball on top. Garnish with parsley.
