INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Gin
6 oz. Tropical peony, chilled
1 tsp. Rose Water
1 tbsp. Honey (recommended: wildflower honey)
edible flowers (garnish)
PREPARATION:
1. Combine tea, rose water, honey and gin in a tumbler and shake.
2. Strain into a martini glass.
