Behind the Burner: The Spice Drop by Eryn Reece

Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 oz. Tequila Don Julio Reposado
1/4 oz. Allspice Dram
1/2 oz. freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 oz. simple syrup
Dash Angostura bitters

PREPARATION:

1. Combine Don Julio Reposado, fresh lime juice, simple syrup, Allspice Dram and bitters into a shaker filled with ice. Shake well.

2. Strain into a shot glass and enjoy.
