Behind the Burner: The Scarpina by Roger Gonzalez

Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz of Hendricks Gin
3 oz of White Cranberry juice
1/2 oz of Elderflower St. Germain
1/2 oz Canton Ginger Liqueur
Slice of English cucumber

PREPARATION:

1. Pour in & out 1/2 oz Canton Ginger Liqueur into a Martini glass to get the aroma.

2. Mix all the ingredients. Shake & strain.

3. Garnish it with a cucumber slice.
