Behind the Burner: The Perfect Dirty Martini by Divya Gugnani

Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz. vodka
3/4 oz. vermouth-infused olive juice
1 can of green olives
6 oz. dry vermouth

PREPARATION:

1. Open the can of olives and pour out about half the juice.

2. Fill the remaining space in the jar with dry vermouth and allow to sit for 20-30 minutes.

3. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the vodka and vermouth-infused olive juice.

4. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds, then strain into a chilled martini glass.

5. Garnish with an olive and serve.
