Behind the Burner: The N'oreaster by Sean Josephs

Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz. Old Crow Bourbon
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
1/2 oz. pure maple syrup
Splash of ginger beer





PREPARATION:

1. Combine Old Crow, fresh lime juice and maple syrup in cocktail shaker. Add fresh ice and shake vigorously.

2. Strain into rocks glass with fresh ice, being sure not to fill to rim (leave 1/2-inch room for ginger beer).

3. Top with ginger beer and garnish with lime wheel.
