Behind the Burner: The Dubonnet Fizz by Zachary Sharaga

Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz. Dubonnet
1 oz. Beefeater dry gin
Splash of club soda

PREPARATION:

1. Combine 2 oz. Dubonnet Rouge with 1 oz. Beefeater dry gin
2. Strain into a glass with fresh ice and stir well
3. Top with club soda and garnish with orange slice
