Behind the Burner: The Bronx by Steven Liles

Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS:

2 oz. gin
1/4 oz. sweet vermouth
1/4 oz. dry vermouth
1 oz. orange juice
Orange bitters (to taste)
Orange peel twist

PREPARATION:

1. Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Add fresh ice.

2. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

3. Garnish with orange twist and enjoy!
