Behind the Burner: The Beantown Mojito by Joe O'Connor

Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS:

0.75 oz Bacardi Limon
0.75 oz Absolut Boston
8 mint leaves
2 lemons
2 limes
1 oz. simple syrup

PREPARATION:

1. Combine 2 lemons, 2 limes and 8-12 mint leaves in a modified Boston shaker.

2. Add 1 oz. simple syrup and muddle.

3. Add ice and 0.75 oz Bacardi Limon and 0.75 oz Absolut Boston.

4. Shake and pour into highball glass.

5. Top with soda water and garnish with fresh mint sprig.
