Sweet Summertime Cheesecake by Divya Gugnani

Makes 12 servings

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 c. Graham cracker crumbs

1/3 c. melted butter
2 tbs. light brown sugar

1 package fat-free cream cheese, softened
1 tbsp. Lemonade flavor drink mix
1/4 c. cold fat-free milk
1 container of whipped topping

PREPARATION:

1. Mix crumbs, butter and sugar together in 9x13 inch baking dish. Press mixture firmly down into the pan. 
(Tip: This can be substituted with a ready-to-use 9inch graham cracker crust).

2. With an electric mixer on medium speed, beat the lemonade drink mix and cream cheese in large bowl until smooth. Gradually add the milk, mixing until well blended. Gently stir in whipped topping and pour onto crust. Chill and enjoy!
