Behind the Burner: Sundried Tomato and Goat Cheese Ciabatta by Divya Gugnani

Makes 4 servings

INGREDIENTS:

4 Ciabatta loaves
Goat cheese
Sundried tomatoes
Yellingbo olive oil
Roasted garlic
Mint leaves

PREPARATION:

1. Roast the garlic at 250 degrees for 30 minutes
2. Toast the Ciabatta bread loaves
3. Drizzle olive oil
4. Rub garlic cloves on bread
5. Spread goat cheese
6. Add sundried tomatoes and mint leaves
