Summer Fruit Salad with Mint by Katie Nuanes, Jodi Greebel and Melissa Gibson

Makes 6-8 servings
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 nectarine, cut into 1/4" wedges
2 large strawberries, stemmed and quartered
1/4 banana, cut crosswise into 1/4" rounds
1/4 mango, cut into 1/4" strips
Juice of 1/4 lime
1/2 tsp. fresh mint, chopped
PREPARATION:
In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix well.
