Summer Delight Cole Slaw by Tavern Direct
INGREDIENTS:
1 head of white cabbage, shredded
3 carrots, shredded
3 scallions, finely chopped
1/2 cup fresh dill, finely chopped
PREPARATION:
1. Mix together the cabbage, carrots, scallions and dill.
2. Add 3 tablespoons of Tavern on the Green Autumn Fig Balsamic Vinegar to the mix.
3. Add 1 tablespoon Tavern on the Green Central Park Signature Dipping Oil. Salt and pepper to taste. Add nuts, cranberries or raisins for an extra treat!
* NOTE: May substitute one package of pre-mixed coleslaw and 1/2 package of shredded carrots for white cabbage and carrots.
