Behind the Burner: Strawberry Summer Salad by Divya Gugnani

Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS:

4 oz. baby spinach
5 strawberries, hulled and thinly sliced
1/2 oz. crumbled goat cheese
1/2 oz. slivered almonds
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. olive oil

PREPARATION:

1. Toss together the spinach, strawberries, goat cheese and almonds together in a bowl.

2. In a small bowl, whisk the lemon juice into the olive oil and pour over the salad.
