Behind the Burner: Strawberries and Cream Soup by Divya Gugnani

Makes 10-12 servings

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup buttermilk
1/4 cup white sugar
2 cups chopped strawberries
1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/8 tsp. vanilla extract
1 sprig of mint




PREPARATION:

1. Blend all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
