Behind the Burner: Steak and Gorgonzola Salad by Divya Gugnani

INGREDIENTS:

1 tsp. sea salt
1/8 c. cherry balsamic vinaigrette
1/4 c. French's fried onions
1 head Romaine, chopped
1/4 c. Gorgonzola cheese, crumbled
2/3 c. cherry tomatoes
1/4 c. dried cherries
1/2 flank steak, sliced thin

PREPARATION:

1. In a large bowl, combine chopped Romaine, fried onions, salt, dried cherries, Gorgonzola and cherry balsamic.

2. Add steak and cherry tomatoes to taste. Serve.
