Spicy Eggs by Divya Gugnani
Makes 24 servings
INGREDIENTS:
12 Eggs
1/2 cup blue cheese crumbled
1/4 cup of light mayonnaise
1 tbs. parsley, minced
1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp. celery salt
2 ribs of celery, finely diced
PREPARATION:
1. Hard boil eggs
2. Cool, shell, then cut in half to make 24 shells
3. Mash yellows and mix well with all other 9 ingredients.
4. Spoon yellow mixture back into shells.
5. Garnish with diced celery
