Spiced Walnuts by Divya Gugnani
Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS:
1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
1 Tbsp. ground ginger
1 Tbsp. sea salt
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 cup walnuts
2 Tbsp. olive oil
PREPARATION:
1. Preheat over to 350 degrees.
2. Combine ingredients.
3. Toss in walnuts and stir to coat.
4. Add olive oil and coat evenly.
5. Place nuts on greased cookie sheet and bake for 10 minutes until the walnuts permeate.
6. Store cooled walnuts in an airtight container. Nuts will last up to one week.
