Behind the Burner: Sparkling Summer Punch by Divya Gugnani

Makes 6 servings

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 cup fresh apricots, diced
1/4 cup fresh nectarines, diced
1/4 cup fresh peaches, diced
2 cups sparkling wine
1 cup seltzer
1/2 cup peach or apricot nectar

PREPARATION:

1. Fill a large bowl or pitcher with ice. Add the diced fruit, sparkling wine, seltzer and nectar.

2. Stir well to combine, then pour into ice-filled rocks glasses. Garnish with a peach slice and serve.
