Southern-Style Sweet Tea by Tavalon

Makes 6-8 servings
INGREDIENTS:
2 qt. boiling water
1/4 cup (dry) Tavalon NYC Breakfast Tea
3/4 cup sugar
1 tbsp. freshly chopped mint
Lemon slices for garnish
PREPARATION:
1. Combine all ingredients in a heat-proof container. Strain after the tea has steeped for five minutes with a large strainer or a colander lined with cheese cloth.
2. Place tea in refrigerator to chill for 3-4 hours.
3. Garnish with fresh mint and lemon slices then serve over ice.
