Simply Cheesecake by Divya Gugnani
Makes 12 servings
INGREDIENTS:
Crust:
1/4 cup Graham cracker crumbs
1/3 cup melted butter
2 tbs white sugar
Filling:
1 packet of gelatin
14 oz. Sweetened condensed milk
16 oz. fat-free cream cheese
2/3 cup Water
1 c Whipped topping
1 tsp. Vanilla extract
PREPARATION:
1.Mix crumbs, butter and sugar together in 9x13 inch baking dish. Press mixture firmly down into the pan.
(Tip: use a large spoon to press down the crumbs)
2. Next, dissolve gelatin in water in small saucepan over low heat and let stand for 1 min. Remove from heat.
3. Using an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese with chocolate in large mixer bowl until fluffy. Gradually beat in the condensed milk. Stir in gelatin mixture. Gently fold in the whipped topping.
4. Pour cheesecake mixture onto the crust into the premade pan. Refrigerate for about 3 hours.
