Behind the Burner: Raspberry Chocolate Martini by AYZA

Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 oz. coffee liqueur (Kahlua recommended)
1 1/2 oz. Chambord
1 1/2 oz. heavy cream
Chocolate shavings for garnish

PREPARATION:

1. Combine the coffee liqueuer, Chambord and heavy cream in a cocktail shaker filled with ice.

2. Shake vigorously for 15-20 seconds then strain into a chilled martini glass.

3. Garnish with the chocolate shavings and serve.
