Behind the Burner: Quick Spicy Cheddar Dip by Divya Gugnani

Makes 10 servings

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup light sour cream
1/2 cup light mayonnaise
1 /2 cup shredded colby-Jack cheese blend
Chipotle peppers to taste, seeded and minced

PREPARATION:

1. Blend mayonnaise, sour cream and grated cheese.
2. Add chopped chipotles to your preferred spiciness level.
