Behind the Burner: Punch Out Cake by Divya Gugnani

Makes 4-8 servings

INGREDIENTS:

2 bananas
1 box of Vanilla Pudding, already made
plain yellow cake, already baked
1 cup of mangoes
1/2 cup strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1/3 cup of blackberries
2 kiwis, peeled and sliced
1/3 cup of fresh cherries
1 cup of cool whip
1 package of graham cracker crust
1 cup of granola
1/2 cup of raisins

PREPARATION:

1. Layer bottom of punch bowl with graham cracker crust
2. Then add crumbles of yellow baked cake.
2. Second Layer, vanilla pudding mixed as on box.
3. Third Layer, thinly sliced bananas
4. Fourth Later,crushed drained mangoes
5. Fifth Layer, fresh strawberries and blue berries
6. Sixth Layer, Kiwi and blackberries
7. Final layer, cool whip and cherries
8. Add granola and raisins
8. Repeat, as desired
