Behind the Burner: Pumpkin Punch by Kastel

Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS:

2 1/2 oz. aged rum (we recommend Bacardi 8 Year Aged Rum)
1 oz. pineapple juice
3/4 oz. lemon juice
3/4 oz. orange juice
1/2 oz. spiced pumpkin puree
1/2 oz. molasses
1 dash sitters
Nutmeg


PREPARATION:

1. Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake vigorously.

2. Serve in a Burgundy glass and garnish with nutmeg.
