Pomgranate Marteani with White Tea-infused Agave Nectar by Tavalon
INGREDIENTS:
3 oz. Fresh Squeezed Pomegranate Juice (or Organic)
1 1/2 oz. Your Favorite Vodka
Juice from 1/2 lime
2 tsp. Agave Nectar (more or less, to taste)
1 tsp. Great White white tea
PREPARATION:
1. Heat the Agave Nectar in a saucepan until it reaches about 180F with a candy thermometer.
2. Add the loose tea leaves and stir until they are covered with agave nectar.
3. After 5 minutes, strain the agave nectar into a heat-proof bowl and allow to cool completely. (tip: to make this easier, I usually just make a big batch of the stuff)In an iced cocktail shaker, combine pomegranate juice, white tea-infused nectar, vodka and lime juice.
4. Shake until well combined, about 30 seconds, and pour into a chilled martini glass. (optional: garnish with a Pom White Tea gummy!)
