Behind the Burner: Pomegranate Margarita by Elizabeth Barassatian

Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS:

1 part Reposado tequila
1/2 part Grand Marnier
1 oz. fresh sour mix
1 oz. fresh pomegranate juice






PREPARATION:

1. Salt margarita glass and set aside.

2. Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with fresh ice.

3. Shake vigorously and strain carefully into glass. Garnish with lime wedge.
