Makes 1 serving
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. pomegranate infused Charbay vodka
1/2 oz. Pimm's
3 slices of kiwi
1/2 oz. lime juice
1/4 oz. simple syrup
1 oz. POM pomegranate juice
1 teaspoon brown sugar
PREPARATION:
1. In a shaker, muddle 2 slices of kiwi with brown sugar, lime juice and simple syrup.
2. Add the Charbay vodka, Pimm's and the pomegranate juice.
3. Shake all the ingredients together and strain into a rock glass filled with ice. As a garnish, use kiwi slice.
