Behind the Burner: Parmesan Olive Crispers by Divya Gugnani

Makes 5 servings

INGREDIENTS:

1 can Pillsbury crescent rolls
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
24 large stuffed green olives

PREPARATION:

1. Separate dough into 3 triangles. Roll out and cut each into 3 smaller triangles. Sprinkle cheese over one side of dough, place 1 olive on top of each triangle and roll up.

2. Bake on greased cookie sheet 5 minutes at 375 degrees. Refrigerate or freeze. Bake at 375 degrees for 6 minutes, or until golden, before serving
