Ostrich Sweet and Sour Kabobs by Fossil Farms
Makes 16 skewers servings
INGREDIENTS:
2 lbs. Ostrich Kabob Meat
2 red peppers
2 green peppers
1 large can pineapple chunks
Yoshida's Hawaiian Sweet and Sour Sauce
Wooden Skewers (8" long)
PREPARATION:
1. Cut meat into small 1" square pieces 1 1/2 to 1 3/4" thickness. Cut peppers into 1" squares. Skewer alternating meat, peppers, and pineapples.
2. Brush sauce onto skewers and refrigerate for two hours. Place skewers on hot grill for seven to eight minutes. Baste with sauce and turn. Cook for five minutes.
