Oreo Dirt Cake in a Pot by Divya Gugnani
Makes 4-6 servings
INGREDIENTS:
1 large bag chocolate oreos
1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1/2 stick butter or margarine
2 cups milk
2 large boxes of chocolate instant pudding
1 8 oz. container whipped cream
8-10 inch. flower pot
Artificial tulip or other flower (for decoration)
PREPARATION:
1. Crush the Oreos in a blender or food processor and set aside.
2. Melt together the butter and cream cheese in microwave or skillet.
3. In large bowl, mix together the vanilla pudding and milk. Add cream cheese mixture and the whipped cream. Beat together thoroughly.
4. Line the flower pot with foil.
5. In the flower pot, layer the cookie mixture, then the pudding mixture, then the cookie mixture, ending with the cookie mixture (to resemble dirt).
6. Add the flower to the top.
