One Pot Pumpkin Pie by Divya Gugnani

Makes 8 servings
INGREDIENTS:
1 (9 inch) graham cracker crust
1 (3 oz) package egg custard mix
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree
1 2/3 cups sweetened condensed milk
1 egg, beaten
PREPARATION:
1. In a large saucepan, mix custard mix, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Mix well
2. Add pumpkin puree, milk, and egg.
3. Whisk until mixture is smooth and place over a medium heat.
4. Stir constantly until mixture comes to a boil. Boil and stir for a minute
5. Pour mixture into the graham cracker crust
