Behind the Burner: Old Vermont by Paul Abercrombie

Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS:

1 3/4 oz. Bluecoat gin
1/2 oz. organic grade B maple syrup
1/2 oz. freshly squeezed organic lemon juice
1/4 oz. freshly squeezed organic orange juice
2 dashes Urban Moonshine maple bitters

PREPARATION:

1. In shaker, combine all ingredients, with ice cubes.

2. Shake vigorously and strain into a chilled martini glass.
