Mocha Mudslide by Divya Gugnani

Makes 2 servings
INGREDIENTS:
2 tbsp. Sugar
2/3 cup Banana (softened)
1/4 cup Vanilla Yogurt
1 cup Milk
1 tsp. Instant Coffee Powder
PREPARATION:
1. In a blender, combine the sugar, banana, milk and coffee and blend until smooth.
2. Place blender in the freezer and freeze the mixture for 1 hour or until slightly solidified.
3. Loosen the mixture by scraping with a fork.
4. Add the yogurt and blend until smooth and creamy.
5. Pour into chilled glasses and serve.
