Behind the Burner: Mezcal Martinez by Jonathan Pogash

Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS:

1 1/2 oz. Sombra Mezcal
1 oz. Dolin Dry Vermouth
3/4 oz. Combier orange liqueur
1/2 oz. White crème de cacao
2 dashes The Bitter Truth aromatic bitters
Garnish: Orange peel

PREPARATION:

1. Stir all ingredients with cracked ice for approximately 25 seconds.
2. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
3. Garnish with orange peel.
