Behind the Burner: Melon Bellini by Neyah White

Makes 1 serving

INGREDIENTS:

1 oz. VeeV Acai Spirit
Melon pieces (size of a roll of quarters)
Sparkling wine (Cava or Prosecco)
Ice

PREPARATION:

1. Muddle melon pieces in a pint glass or cocktail shaker.

2. Add VeeV to shaker and pack with ice. Shake vigorously.

3. Strain into tumbler (or flute glass for fancier presentation) and fill with sparkling wine.
