Behind the Burner: Melon and Berry Salad by Divya Gugnani

INGREDIENTS:

2 c. low fat lemon yogurt
1 tbsp. honey
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 c. watermelon balls
2 c. cantaloupe balls
1 c. honeydew balls
1 c. fresh blackberries
2 c. fresh strawberries, halved

PREPARATION:

1. In a salad bowl, whisk together lemon yogurt, honey, and lemon juice until smooth.

2. Gently fold in the watermelon balls, cantaloupe balls, honeydew balls, blackberries and strawberries. Toss to coat, and serve.
