Behind the Burner: Meat Marinade by Divya Gugnani

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup soy sauce (low sodium optional)
3 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. honey
3/4 tsp. ground ginger
1 clove garlic

PREPARATION:

Heat above in microwave for one minute. Stir and pour over meat to marinate.
