Mariebelle Warm Chocolate Pudding with Toasted Almond Silvers and Plump Raspberries
Makes 2 servings
INGREDIENTS:
1/4 cup Maribelle hot chocolate powder
1/4 cup boiling water
a handful toasted almonds, sliced
a handful plump fresh raspberries
PREPARATION:
1. In a heat-safe container, add 1/4 cup of Mariebelle Hot Chocolate powder to 1/4 C of boiling water.
2. Stir until smooth and well melted. If chocolate pieces do not melt completely, steam, simmer, or microwave, for 30 seconds.
3. Makes 1 mug. Set in fridge over night.
4. Toast almonds and slice. Garnish pudding in esspresso cups with almonds and berries. Serve and enjoy.
