Killer Swiss and Romaine Salad by Divya Gugnani

INGREDIENTS:
3/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
t tbsp. minced garlic
1/2 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 heads romaine lettuce, rinsed and chopped
2 c. tomatoes, chopped
1 c. shredded Lite Swiss cheese
2/3 cup chopped walnuts
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
6 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
1 cup French bread, cubed and toasted
PREPARATION:
1. In a jar with tight-fitting lid, combine oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper; cover and shake well. Chill.
2. In a bowl, toss romaine, tomatoes, Swiss cheese, walnuts if desired, Parmesan cheese and bacon.
3. Shake dressing heartily; pour over salad and toss. Add bread cubes and serve immediately.
