Behind the Burner: It's a Wrap Meaty Dill Pickles by Divya Gugnani

INGREDIENTS:

Dill pickles
Equal numbers of thinly sliced American Swiss cheese & thinly sliced roast beef

PREPARATION:

1. Slice dill pickles in halves until they are approximately 1/2 inch in diameter. On a cutting board, place one slice of beef on top of one slice of cheese. Cut in half lengthwise and spread each with mustard. Place a pickle on top of each and roll it up.

2. Place wraps on a tray seam-side down and chill.
