Behind the Burner: Iced Chocolate with Coconut by MarieBelle New York

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup MarieBelle Aztec iced chocolate powder
1/2 cup coconut milk
2 cups ice

PREPARATION:

1. In a saucepan, bring coconut milk to a boil, then turn flame off. Add chocolate powder immediately and mix until well melted.

2. In a blender, add the 2 cups ice, the chocolate and coconut mixture, and blend well.

**Coconut Chocolate: Add 2 ounces of rum. Garnish rim of glass with coconut flakes.
