Behind the Burner: Horseradish Cream by Chef Lucas Billheimer

INGREDIENTS:

10 oz. sour cream
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. grated horseradish
salt and pepper to taste

PREPARATION:

Whisk all ingredients together.

Season with salt and pepper to taste!
