Behind the Burner: Herb Butter by Chef Lucas Billheimer

INGREDIENTS:

1/2 cup butter (room temperature is best)
1/2 tbsp. chopped rosemary
1/2 tbsp. chopped thyme
1/2 tbsp. chopped tarragon

PREPARATION:

Mix softened butter with chopped herbs in kitchen aid. Keep in refrigerator and use as needed.
