Healthy Mexicali Pizza by Divya Gugnani

Makes 6 servings

INGREDIENTS:

6 whole grain English muffins, split and toasted
1 14-oz. jar pizza sauce
1 8 3/4-oz. can red kidney beans, drained
1 cup chopped red onion
1 tsp. avocado
2/3 cup of pineapple, diced
12 tortilla chips
2 peeled string cheese
1 tbs. chili powder
1 tbs. oregano

PREPARATION:

1. Preheat the oven to 425 degrees F.
2. Spoon 1/2 tbs. pizza sauce on each toasted.

3. Evenly top with beans, onion, avocado, pineapple and cheese.
4. Sprinkle with chili and oregano.
5. Bake for 5 to 6 minutes.
